Rules of the letter B
The letter B (be) has the same sound / b / as the letter V (uve), which represents a difficulty to write correctly in Spanish.
In addition, there are words that are pronounced the same but writing them with B or with V totally changes their meaning.
Therefore, it is very important to know the Orthographic Rules of the B and also the meaning of the words.
Rules of Words that are written with B

Before any consonant, is written b, not v. (This rule includes the words that contain bla, ble, bli, blo, blu, bra, bre, bri, bro, bru ).

The end of the past imperfect of the verbs ending in -ar and of the verb ir.

The verbs that end in -bir, -buir, as well as all their conjugated forms.
