LEARN TO CONJUGATE 1st CONJUGATION

As we have seen, all verbs in the infinitive ends in AR belong to the 1st Conjugation. To learn how to conjugate them, we will take as an example the verb AMAR, separating the root of the ending or "desinencia".

If we want to conjugate another verb, of the 1st conjugation, we just have to change the root, because the ending (desinencia) is the same for all regular verbs ending in AR.

To learn how to conjugate the 1st conjugation do not memorize the whole table, only need to know by heart the following:

* The Participle (participio): Their structure is root + ado .

* The Gerund (gerundio): Their structure is root + ando.

* The 1st person (persona) of the simple tenses. Knowing the 1st person is very easy to tell all the others.

* The correspondence for the formation of the compound tenses.

While learning this, we know perfectly conjugate all the verbs of the 1st conjugation.
